SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The Tom Green County Sheriff's Office has successfully relocated an endangered runaway juvenile after searching for her throughout the early morning hours of April 14.
According to TGSO, officers received a report at 12:05 a.m. this morning that there was an endangered runaway female juvenile in the Buffalo Heights area.
Officers scoured the area for the individual on foot and by vehicle over the course of the night and parts of the morning. Aerial support was also provided by the United States Customs and Border Protection agency. The Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigation Division and the Texas Highway Patrol also aided in the search.
The juvenile was relocated on foot at approximately 11:45 a.m. by a Tom Green County deputy. She was then returned safely to her parents.
