SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) The Lake View Chiefs season hasn't gone as planned after dropping another game this past week now 1-4 on the season.
The Chiefs last week fell to Levelland 44-26 and the mishaps in the game were one of the culprits. A blocked punt led to a score. A tipped interception and safety are tough obstacles to overcome for the Chiefs and any team for that matter. It was also another game in which Lake View was in it and had a chance but would fall short.
Momentum in the game flipped in Lake View's favor but at that point, it was out of reach. We caught up with head coach Guevara regarding this team's toughness and willingness to keep fighting even in games like the one they had Friday night.
