SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — A two-car crash on Chadbourne Street sent the drivers of both vehicles to the hospital on the morning of Oct. 1.

The crash occurred at the intersection of Chadbourne Street and 14th Street. The collision blocked 14th Street and both lanes of southbound Chadbourne Street, causing first responders to redirect traffic around the crash.

A San Angelo Fire Department member at the scene stated that the drivers of the involved cars were transported to the hospital. The individual could not comment on the severity of the motorists' injuries. The SAFD member also said that the vehicles were only occupied by their drivers.

No San Angelo Police Department officer at the scene was able to provide a statement regarding how the crash occurred.

Concho Valley Hompage staff has contacted the SAPD for more information about the incident. As of the time of publication, no communication has been received.
